Meet Alona, a seasoned competitor and dedicated coach whose journey in combat sports spans continents. Beginning her wrestling career at the age of 11, she quickly proved herself with three bronze medals at the Ukrainian championships and a nomination for Master of Sports in her homeland of Ukraine.
After moving to Canada in 2023, Alona found her stride at the Green Dojo. Venturing into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, she made her mark with four gold medals across in a few short months of competing. Recently, she stepped into the cage for her first MMA amateur fight, emerging victorious.
Now, Alona shares her expertise as a coach, mentoring young athletes in the kids' class and leading the Wrestle Fit program. Join her on her journey of determination and achievement in the dynamic world of combat sports.
